Konica Minolta Claims No. 1 Position in A3 Color MFP Market Across Europe

Langenhagen, Germany, 9 June 2026

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe is the leading manufacturer in the market for A3 color multifunction printers (MFPs) across Europe[1], according to the latest FY2025 (April 2025 – March 2026) market data from Infosource.

The market intelligence firm reports an impressive 18.8% market share for Konica Minolta, with more than 119,300 A3 color MFPs sold across European markets[2]. The result underlines Konica Minolta’s continued commitment to innovation, customer value, and a solution-driven approach to digital workplace technology.

“Claiming the leading position in the A3 color MFPs market is an important milestone for us and a testament to the trust our customers place in Konica Minolta across Europe,” said Torben Mowka, Manager Office Product Management, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe. “This achievement reflects not only the strength of our hardware portfolio, but also the success of our broader strategy to support customers with integrated digital workplace solutions.”

Torben Mowka added, “Our customers expect more than devices – they expect secure, intelligent, and sustainable solutions that help them work smarter. Being recognized as Europe’s No. 1 A3 color MFP provider demonstrates that we are delivering on that promise.”

The FY2025 results highlight Konica Minolta’s sustained investment in intelligent multifunction systems, cloud‑enabled workflows, and managed services that help organizations adapt to long-term hybrid working, rising security demands, and the need for greater operational efficiency.

Despite overall print volumes reducing across the market, Konica Minolta recognizes that scanning volumes are increasing, not only for digitization, but as a gateway to greater productivity, stronger compliance, and better data utilization. The company is supporting this trend by delivering solutions that combine intelligent capture, workflow automation, and robust security, helping organizations unlock more value from the information they handle every day. The latest market leadership figures reinforce the success of that evolution.
