AccurioPro Print Manager

AccurioPro Print manager is an application that supports general management of the printing system. You can easily check the status of this systems or manage jobs using the browser from the computer via the network.

AccurioPro Print Manager has the following functions.

Function	Description
Acquisition of device information of this system	Allows you to confirm the status of this system, information about consumables, and paper tray information from the computer.
Print job display and management	Allows you to monitor or operate a print job.
Creation and management of hot folder	Allows you to create, manage, or edit a hot folder.

AccurioPro Print Manager performs monitoring

AccurioPro Print Manager performs monitoring of a wide range of different actions from receiving the image controller's job data to job output by the printer engine. You can check active jobs, hold jobs, scure jobs, and HDD store jobs, and also perform various operations for jobs in this range.

Job management of AccurioPro Print Manager

AccurioPro Print Manager manages print jobs in the following levels.

(1) Manages jobs in the [Active] job list.
(2) Manages jobs in the [Hold] job list and [Secure] job list
(3) Manages jobs in the [HDD] job list
(4) Manages jobs in the [History] job list

AccurioPro Print Manager and [CNTL] Screen

AccurioPro Print Manager can be operated from the computer or the Touch panel of this system. It is displayed as shwon below depending on whether you use the computer or touch panel. When displayed using the computer

The following functions are only available when displayed on the computer. These functions cannot be operated using the Touch panel of this system.

Drag drop registration for job and file
Search and registration of the printer connected to AccurioPro Print Manager
Upload and export of job
Import and export of configured data

Download of log data
Display of the User's Guide
Web Connection Access

To select multiple jobs with the Touch panel of this system, select them while prossing the Shift or Cntl key on the keyboard connected to service port (USB port) of this system.
