WWRSPF (World Wide Remote Service Platform) refers to a system that offers remote services that are used to operate MFPs and other devices installed in distant locations via the Internet. The system provides various remote services that enable you to efficiently deal with device maintenance and troubleshooting. Using WWRSPF deployed in the cloud realizes a global link across service bases all over the world.
Plans and executes the update of the MFP firmware using the WWRSPF management application.
Provides help with MFP operations by the CE or help desk or if necessary corrects failures via remote control.
